Here is my Secondary ready for winding. I've placed a 1" PVC
pipe through the center and attached it to an old rotisserie
motor with a screwdriver shank and some epoxy.
The coil form is 6" SDR35 PVC which has an OD of 6.5" and has a
27.5" winding area. The form has been sanded, dried and coated
with three coats of Spar Varnish. It's now ready for winding.
Here is my completed Secondary Coil. It's constructed of 1000 turns
of 22 gauge enameled wire with many coats of Spar Varnish.
