Accommodations

	Going down into the vessel the U-shaped galley is to starboard with an L-shaped dinette to port. Forward & down is the salon with a convert settee & an upper bunk to port, to starboard is a smaller settee.
	Continuing forward is a Vee bunk & head with shower with an overhead hatch to the deck & a chain locker forward.
	There is entry into the aft master stateroom from port or starboard.
	Going aft from the galley is a companionway with a Nav station, freezer, panels & guages, then into the aft master stateroom with transom windows, queen berth, 2 large hanging lockers & a vanity.
	Going aft starboard from the galley is a large master bath with shower, sink, cabinets with marble counter top and a wet hanging locker.
	The vessel has teak/parquet floors throughout.
	The doors are beautifully hand carved inside & out!!!
	This Vessel has more than ample storage & room to prepare gourmet meals or cozy dinners for 2!!
	There is easy access to the engine room from either side of the vessel and the panels are removable.

	The U-shaped galley is located to port with an Adler Barbour refrigerator/freezer, a seperate freezer, double stainless sinks, 2 burner Hillerange propane stove with oven, microwave, new hot water heater, new Village Marine 12 volt watermaker, double water filter system & a salt water pump.
	There is wonderful storage with ceramic tile countertops, pull out shelving & much, much more to make it very usable & convenient.
	The propane tanks are in a vented aft deck box with an on & off switch in the galley.

	Thsi vessel has a full keel with a cutaway, the entire boat was painted then end of 1999 (the bottom was taken down to the gel coat), there are teak decks, it has a Windlass with 2 anchors & davetts.
	The cockpit has teak wheel steering with cockpit table, dodger & bimini with detachable windows, side & rear curtains.
	The large deck box holds 2 propane tanks & extra storage.
	There is a Force 10 BBQ, a teak boarding ladder, Sunbrella cushions ( large enough for sleeping on warm nights!!!) there is a boat shade with roll up zippered side curtains. All windows, portholes & latches have screens. The galley windows have Sunbrella covers & snap on screens.
