Everything has been taken apart, cleaned, and is ready for painting.
Here is the completed unit as initially completed. As power was increased it became necessary to fabricate internal baffles forcing the airflow between the gaps. I've since retired this gap and use my new static gap when not running a RSG in synchronous mode.
